Seward Ten Plex
Project Information
The project includes ten one-bedroom apartments, specifically designed to provide housing for short term medical personnel. Each apartment is approximately 500 square feet and includes a bedroom, kitchen, living/dining area and an exterior deck. The development also included four private garages along with surface parking for the remainder of the units. Two of the first floor units are fully accessible. The structures are wood framed on concrete foundations. This project was designed in 2019 and completed and ready for occupancy in early 2020.
