Lifemed Hangar
LifeMed Alaska provides 24 hour critical care air ambulance services throughout Alaska. This new facility will provide a new home to house LifeMed aircraft and personnel at their Fairbanks, AK base. The 23,000 square foot building includes an 11,000 sf hangar, an ambulance bay, ready room, conference and office space
The second floor layout includes twelve private crew sleeping rooms, restrooms, a lounge and a small meeting room. The pre-engineered steel structure on a concrete foundation also includes an 80' x 24' fabric aircraft door. This project is scheduled for completion in summer 2021.
