Bob's Services Addition

This addition to an existing vehicle repair and maintenance shop was designed in 2018. The existing shop area lacked space for parts and a break area for employees. The 3,800 square foot addition is a pre-engineered steel building on a concrete foundation, and includes the parts area on the ground floor, with a large break room on the second floor. A large, two story area in the front of the building allows for an extra work bay if needed.  Hildie Cain Architect acted as Project Manager/Project Architect.   Construction was completed in 2019.
