Seward Properties

This project was designed in 2015, and construction was completed early this year, 2016.  The owner of Seward Properties had purchased the lot, and desired a multi-purpose building that would house offices for Seward Properties as well as three rental apartments.   This 3,200 SF, two story building includes 900 square feet of office space on the first floor, and one two-bedroom apartment of approximately 700 SF.  A laundry room is also included on the first floor.  The second floor includes two apartments - one two-bedroom and a three-bedroom unit.  The building is wood framed on a concrete foundation.  A tank room and a utility room are included in a partial basement.  The completed project is an excellent complement to the established neighborhood in which it was constructed, and adds much needed rental housing to the Seward community.
