These projects included eighteen units of Senior Housing, and an additional forty units of Low-Income Housing in Fairbanks, AK. The units were designed to function in the extremes of the interior Alaskan environment. The Senior Housing units are all one-story, fully accessible one-bedroom units with a mix of three different floor plans. The Low Income housing is comprised of eight separate buildings which includes a mix of one, two and three bedroom units. All of the one-bedroom units are fully accessible. A duplex building on the site includes a two-bedroom and a three-bedroom accessible unit. These projects will be complete in January of 2025, and are currently open for leasing.
